Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding is great way to make use of leftover bread. For e.g. when i make finger sandwiches for a party and had to trim away all the crust of the bread, then I use them for bread pudding and end up with a lovely dessert!

What you'll need:
- bread, small pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of grinded nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Simply:
1. Preheat oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins.
2. Heat milk, add butter and set aside to cool.
3. Combine sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and whisk. Add milk, mix.
4. Rub some butter on the insides of a casserole and place bread pieces inside, sprinkle   raisins.
5. Pour batter and ensure that all bread pieces are covered, sprinkle some sugar on top.
6. Bake for 30-45mins.

You can also make some sauce if you want to be fancy, like in some high-tea :)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Pinch of salt

Just mix all together in a saucepan and boil for 4 mins.
