My fave breakfast - ham&egg croissant basket

Learned to do this super simple but amazingly delicious breakfast from Rachel Ray.

What you will need:
- ready made croissant
- shaved honey baked ham
- shredded cheddar cheese
- butter
- egg

Easy steps:
  1. Use aluminium foil to form a 'bowl' and preheat oven for 5 mins at 200 degrees.
  2. Cut each croissant lengthwise and press open diagonally and place it to fit into the aluminium bowl.
  3. Butter the croissant, add generous amount of shaved ham and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Carefully break an egg in the middle of your croissant basket and place it onto a baking tray and into oven and bake for 10mins. Make sure that the basket stays upright.
Tips:
It is easier to make more than one croissant basket at one time so that when placed on a baking tray, it will help to hold it up. Anyway, one is never enough once you take your first bite! Trust me! :P
