Lamb Chop with Mushroom

Though the visual presentation wasn't that great, but it taste really nice and surprisingly easy to prepare!

Grab these:
- lamb chops
- salt & pepper (i also added some garlic salt)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- flour
- sliced mushroom
- sliced onions
- minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 cup of beef broth ( i used pork broth)
- 1/2 cup of dry red cooking wine

Simply steps:
1. Sprinkle lamb chops with salt & pepper. Coat with flour.
2. Heat olive oil. Fry till brown, turn once.
3. Now fry mushroom, onions, garlic and butter. Add beef broth and red wine.
4. Add lamb chops and cook with low heat for 10 mins.

Done done, best served with salad and butter rice :)
