Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin

Looks and taste fancy but its really quite easy and a quickie dish :)

Get these:
- Pork Tenderloin, cut into small pieces
- Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of dry sherry
- Minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Two easy steps:
1. Combine soy sauce, sherry, ginger, garlic, sesame oil with pork pieces into a container  and refrigerate, marinate for 3 hrs.
2. Preheat oven at 220 degreee C. In a small pan and low heat, fry sesame seeds. Off the fire, add honey and brown sugar. Roll marinated pork pieces onto the honey & sesame seeds mix. Line the baking tray with aluminium foil, place a rack on top and use a thong to place the pork pieces coated with honey & sesame seeds onto rack and bake for 30 mins

Done! Its nice, sweet and juicy! Try it!
